Dear Floralife,

I’m so dissatisfied with the service I’ve received. Before choosing to come to this florist, I’ve done many research about it. The Google review was all good. I’ve also noticed that the boss has put in many effort to promote his business, therefore I’ve came to support. However, after picking my flowers, I’ve asked for wrapping fee. The front desk said it’s rm15, I was ok with it. Then, when I went to the wrapping area which is the back of the front desk, there’s this lady with glasses sitting at her desk clearly a superior/supervisor role in the florist, omg she totally ignored my presence. Like hello? I was there alone and no staff came to ask what I want AND THERE’S NO CUSTOMER AT ALL. Even the guy with glasses working at the desk at the back in charge of wrapping flowers chose to ignore me until I’ve said I want to wrap my flowers. Then, the lady only came cause I was looking at her. She told me it was rm15 PER PAPER, I WAS LIKE HUH SO EXPENSIVE. No clear indication of pricing whatsoever and they just assumed that I wanted to wrap the flowers myself. Gave me the paper and told me there’s a table there u can do it yourself. I was so lost and no one was there to help me.

I came the next day, to replace some flowers that have wilted. The lady with glasses at the front desk yesterday saw me and some other workers that was not around the day before were there too. Saying things like oh u know why your flowers wilted? Cause u didn’t mention to me that it would not last 1 day without water. Excuse me ?????????????? YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ON THAT DAY SO I DONT HAVE TO SPEND TWICE. It was so sarcastic cause they’re saying as if it’s my problem that the flowers wilted. I raised to a worker at the front desk nicely while the said lady in glasses was next to him, guess what, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I didn’t complain anything or asking for a refund but when but they automatically said that so as to put the blame on me and to stop me when I didn’t even made it a big deal about it.

In short, the workers there were not helpful and friendly at all. The lady with glasses was rude, unfriendly, not helpful towards customers and will make you feel like you’re stupid.

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I’ve received. Is it because I chose flowers that are cheap or too less? So I didn’t received the service I wanted. I hope someone can give me one explanation.

Thank you.Irene good service n fresh flowers
